What I have done here was to make another front fork and also bring the bottom bracket closer to the tire.
The steering geometry hasn't changed but the point at which the chainstays attach has been relocated.
I have added the chain tensioner, since any other way of adjusting the chain tension would either change the steering geometry, or move the bottom bracket further away from me.
Riding was noticeably easier, as my leg extension felt more appropriate than before.
Probably what I will do next is to relocate the front brake, as it tends to touch my legs.
